Bangladesh and Uzbekistan are exploring the possibility of establishing a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) to boost bilateral trade and investment. The state minister is currently leading the Bangladeshi delegation at the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers meeting, which is being held in Baghdad from 17 to 18 October.
