BSEC closes proceedings against investor Zhuang Lifeng

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has officially closed its proceedings against investor Zhuang Lifeng, who is the owner of Liz Fashion Industry Ltd. This decision follows a probe conducted by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), which had previously identified that CBC Capital was operating a network of interconnected BO accounts in association with Zhuang Lifeng.
