Loan disbursement in the Cottage, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (CMSME) sector witnessed a 5.15% decline during the first quarter of the year, attributed to weak business demand. According to data reported by TBS Bangladesh, the sector also saw its bad loan ratio climb to 26.04%.
