Dhaka has secured the sixth position in the global ranking for the worst air quality. Malaysia's Kuching topped the list with an Air Quality Index (AQI) score of 188. Kuala Lumpur followed in second place with a score of 176, while Jakarta, Indonesia, ranked third with a score of 163.
