Dhaka South approves Tk 1,904 crore development plan for 'Smart and Green Dhaka'

Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has finalized a development allocation of Tk 1,904.42 crore for the 2026-27 fiscal year, aiming to build a 'Smart and Green Dhaka'. In comparison, the allocation for the development sector in the 2025-26 fiscal year was Tk 2,196.40 crore, which was later adjusted to Tk 1,707.41 crore in the revised budget.
