Ducsu faces allegations of building 'July Nirbhik' memorial without clearance

The 'July Nirbhik' memorial, situated adjacent to the Ducsu building and Madhur Canteen, has been built without securing the required clearances. The structure was officially inaugurated on 2 September by Ducsu Vice-President Sadik Kayem, with family members of several victims from the July Uprising in attendance.
