According to the PPP Authority's project profile, the Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) intends to award a government-to-government concession to the Dubai-based firm DP World. The company, nominated by the Government of Dubai, will be responsible for the upgrading, operation, and maintenance of the New Mooring Container Terminal (NCT).
