Jute sales in Rajshahi projected to reach Tk549 crore

Jute cultivation in Rajshahi has seen a significant increase this season, with a total of 18,399 hectares of land brought under production. This marks an expansion from the 17,305 hectares recorded in the previous year. Based on current production estimates, officials anticipate that the total sales from this season's harvest could reach Tk549 crore.
