Technical fault at Moheskhali LNG terminal disrupts gas supply

A technical issue at the Moheskhali floating LNG terminal has reduced gas supply to the national grid by 450 mmcfd.

Gas supply to the national grid has dropped by 450 million cubic feet per day (mmcfd) following a technical fault at the Moheskhali floating LNG terminal. The disruption took place during a ship-to-ship LNG transfer process at the facility, which is operated by the US-based firm Excelerate Energy.
