The government has appointed Jahangirnagar University Professor Nahreen Islam Khan as the Chief Information Commissioner. Additionally, journalists SAM Mahfuzur Rahman and Khan Mohammad Abul Hossain have been appointed as Information Commissioners, according to reports from TBS Bangladesh.
