To facilitate its gas exploration efforts, Petrobangla is moving forward with plans to acquire drilling rigs. The state-owned entity has outlined a multi-year drilling schedule, aiming to drill 17 wells in the 2026-27 fiscal year. This will be followed by 30 wells in 2027-28, 33 wells in 2028-29, and 38 wells in the 2029-30 fiscal year.
