The newly appointed Chief of Naval Staff has been officially adorned with the rank badge of Vice Admiral. The ceremony took place at the Prime Minister's Office, located within the Armed Forces Division at Dhaka Cantonment. Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and the outgoing Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral M Nazmul Hassan, performed the rank badge conferment.
