The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) has reported that the rooftop solar capacity across 239 major industrial facilities in Bangladesh has reached 667MW.
While official government data records the installed capacity at 418MW, IEEFA's assessment suggests a significantly higher figure. When accounting for smaller installations, the total national capacity could potentially reach as high as 1,000MW.
