BFSA imposes over Tk 1 crore in fines during September

The Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) conducted inspections of 1,307 food establishments throughout September. According to a statement released on Tuesday, the agency filed 44 cases and collected over Tk 1 crore in fines from these establishments. Additionally, the BFSA issued health certificates for three products intended for export.
