Cabinet approves draft Public Procurement Ordinance to modernise buying process

In an effort to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of public procurement, the Cabinet has approved a new draft ordinance. The proposal was submitted by the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED). The initiative is designed to modernise the existing procurement framework and ensure a more streamlined buying process.
