Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud granted state minister rank

Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud has been granted the status of a state minister. He currently serves as the executive chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), a position he previously held while enjoying the same ministerial rank.
