Confidence Power and Energy seeks Tk400 crore via IPO

Confidence Power and Energy has initiated a move to raise Tk400 crore from the capital market. The company intends to utilize the book-building process to secure these funds. The capital is earmarked for the development of two 100MW solar power plants and the repayment of existing bank liabilities.
