Tk136cr allocated for renovation of Banshbaria terminal on Ctg-Sandwip route

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) has approved a project worth Tk136 crore to renovate the Banshbaria terminal. The terminal, which serves the Chittagong-Sandwip ferry route, sustained damage due to tidal surges. The project received official approval on 24 March 2025.
