DMP implements security measures for Janmashtami

To ensure safety during Janmashtami, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) will deploy CCTV surveillance, patrol teams, and plainclothes intelligence officers. Specialized units, including SWAT and bomb disposal teams, will also be on duty. Organizers are required to adhere to the designated procession routes and must report any suspicious activities to the authorities immediately. Furthermore, all volunteers are mandated to wear designated vests during the event.
