Gold price increases by Tk2,216 per bhori

The Bangladesh Jewellers Association (Bajus) has revised gold prices, increasing the rate by Tk2,216 per bhori. Following this adjustment, the price for 22-karat gold has reached Tk2,23,074. According to data provided by Bajus, gold prices in the country have been adjusted 95 times throughout 2026. This includes 46 instances of price increases, 48 decreases, and one adjustment related to VAT.
