The Posts and Telecommunications Division has officially instructed relevant authorities to refrain from issuing any no-objection certificates or clearances for cable-laying vessels associated with a private company. According to the directive, such approvals must not be granted without a formal recommendation from the division regarding the country's first private submarine cable project.
