Many govt employees sign attendance registers in advance despite absence: State Minister

State Minister Helal has pointed out that many government employees are engaging in the practice of signing attendance registers in advance while remaining absent from their offices. In addition to attendance issues, he highlighted deficiencies in office security arrangements. He further noted that several female staff members are currently managing both administrative and judicial responsibilities simultaneously.
