The government is planning to expand the National Gastro-Liver Institute. A proposal has been made to incorporate this expansion into the project titled 'Establishment of 500-Bedded Medical College Hospital and Ancillary Building in Jashore, Cox’s Bazar, Pabna and Noakhali (Proposed 2nd Revision)'.
