Local government polls to commence with Union Parishad: EC Anwarul

Election Commissioner Anwarul Islam has announced that the upcoming local government elections will kick off with the Union Parishad polls. He further noted that the code of conduct for these local government elections will incorporate stricter provisions, similar to those implemented for national parliamentary elections.
