Marine fish catch drops by 16.57% over five years

The volume of marine fish catch in Bangladesh has seen a decrease of 16.57% over the past five years. It has been noted that local fishers typically avoid venturing into deep-sea waters. However, there remains significant potential for the country to enhance its capacity to harvest resources from the deep sea.
