Consumer rights authorities have imposed fines totaling Tk10.31 lakh on 102 business establishments following nationwide inspections. The drives, conducted across 30 districts, focused on the markets for essential commodities and LPG cylinders. In a separate action in Savar, officials seized equipment allegedly used to manipulate the weight of LPG cylinders.
