No alternative to breast milk for children's health: Health Minister

The Health Minister has stated that there is no substitute for breast milk when it comes to ensuring the good health of children. The country is observing World Breastfeeding Week 2026 from 1 August to 7 August. The theme for this year's observance is 'Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works'.
