Nearly 1.23 lakh non-govt teachers receiving retirement and welfare benefits

A total of 123,019 non-government teachers are receiving financial support through retirement and welfare schemes. According to the minister, 70,019 teachers are currently receiving retirement benefits, while 53,000 teachers are receiving welfare benefits.
