OQT seeks spot-linked pricing to resume LNG supply to Bangladesh

Long-term LNG supplier OQT has requested a shift to spot-linked pricing as a condition to resume its supply operations to Bangladesh. However, the Rupantarita Prakritik Gas Company Limited (RPGCL), a subsidiary of Petrobangla, has formally rejected this proposal. RPGCL maintains that OQT must adhere to its existing contractual obligations and continue supplies under the previously agreed-upon pricing structure.
