Private sector credit growth remains below 5% for fifth consecutive month

Private sector credit growth has remained below the 5% threshold for the fifth consecutive month. While the latest growth rate showed a marginal increase compared to the record low of 4.47% observed in June, it continues to trail significantly behind the Bangladesh Bank's target of 6.80% set for December.
