Swapnojatra: Ramgati's boat ambulance remains abandoned for four years

Four years after its introduction, the 'Swapnojatra' boat ambulance, designed to deliver emergency care to the isolated chars of Lakshmipur, remains unused. The vessel is currently anchored beside a canal, wrapped in plastic, and shows signs of significant deterioration. Instead of serving as a vital emergency vehicle, it has been left to decay.
