Small food stalls must register: Questions remain over implementation

A large number of people in Dhaka and other major cities rely on street food stalls for their daily meals. Various studies have previously identified the presence of bacteria in food sold at these locations. To address food safety concerns, new regulations have been established requiring these small food vendors to obtain registration. However, the practical implementation of these new rules remains a subject of discussion.
