Stakeholders oppose cross-subsidy surcharge on merchant power

Relevant stakeholders have voiced their opposition to the implementation of a cross-subsidy surcharge on merchant power plants. Additionally, a recommendation has been made to set the transmission charge at Tk0.37 to Tk0.38 per unit.
