Thakurgaon-1 by-election set for 29 October, nomination deadline 27 September

The Election Commission secretary has announced that the by-election for the Thakurgaon-1 constituency will take place on 29 October. Candidates are required to submit their nomination papers by the deadline of 27 September. Furthermore, appeals regarding the scrutiny of nomination papers may be filed between 30 September and 4 October, with a final resolution scheduled for 6 October.
