Uttara Finance chairman, MD among four directors resign

Four directors of Uttara Finance and Investment, including the chairman and the managing director, have resigned from their roles. This development follows the reconstitution of the company's board by Bangladesh Bank in February of this year. The board, as reconstituted, consisted of four independent directors and the chief financial officer (CFO) of the Uttara Group.
