ACI has announced a Tk700 crore investment in ACI Logistics, known as Shwapno, through the subscription of 70 lakh convertible preference shares.
ACI Limited is set to invest Tk700 crore into its subsidiary, ACI Logistics, which operates the retail chain Shwapno. The investment will be executed through the subscription of 70 lakh convertible preference shares of the company.
