Ashik Chowdhury has been appointed as the chairman of the Invest Bangladesh Authority. This appointment follows the enactment of the Invest Bangladesh Act, 2026. Under the provisions of this new legislation, the chairman is prohibited from holding any other professional, business, or institutional roles throughout his tenure.
