The flagship economic zone under the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (Beza) is facing significant water uncertainty. A proposed Tk10,553 crore pipeline project designed to address this issue has come to a standstill. Reports indicate that authorities and investors have yet to reach an agreement regarding the pricing of the water to be supplied through the pipeline.
