According to Shahe Alam, China has committed to funding a Tk 10,000 crore housing initiative aimed at supporting slum dwellers within the Dhaka-17 constituency. Furthermore, China has provided assurances regarding financing, either through grants or loans, to facilitate the completion of the Dasherkandi Sewage Treatment Plant.
