Chinese firm to invest $17m in Mongla EPZ garment factory
A Chinese company is set to invest $17 million to establish a lingerie manufacturing facility at the Mongla EPZ.

A Chinese enterprise has announced a $17 million investment to set up a lingerie factory within the Mongla Export Processing Zone (EPZ). The facility is projected to manufacture 6 million pieces of apparel annually. Furthermore, the project is expected to generate employment opportunities for 3,005 Bangladeshi nationals.
