The Ministry of Commerce has issued a new policy removing the existing value ceiling for imports conducted without Letters of Credit (LCs).
The Ministry of Commerce has officially removed the value ceiling for imports that do not require Letters of Credit (LCs). The new policy was published via a gazette notification on 24 August.
