The German Ambassador noted that while economic interconnectedness has grown, it has also led to increased vulnerability. A cohort of 32 participants attended the session, which included 26 officers from the Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs and six diplomats representing Botswana, Guyana, Kenya, Nepal, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
