The High Court has issued a directive seeking an explanation regarding the absence of female morgue assistants during the post-mortem examinations of women. The court has instructed the respondents, including the health secretary and the director general of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), to provide a response to the rule within a period of four weeks.
