A total of 25 development projects are currently in progress to enhance the security modernisation efforts of the Home Ministry. This includes a specific initiative to bolster the capacity of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police through the procurement of equipment, with an estimated budget of Tk1,149.70 crore.
