Investor confidence in government-led economic zones is waning due to significant deficiencies in infrastructure and essential utility services. Although five economic zones encompass a total of 39,000 acres, the lack of adequate facilities has hindered industrial growth. Consequently, only 27 companies are currently engaged in production activities within these designated areas.
