The Jashore BNP office has officially inaugurated the country's first solar power system installed at a political party headquarters. State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Anindya Islam Amit inaugurated the new system.
The installation is designed to meet the office's internal electricity requirements. Additionally, the system will allow for surplus energy to be supplied to the national grid through a net metering arrangement.
