According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an impromptu meeting took place with Berris Ekinci, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, on the sidelines of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Ministerial Meetings held in Manila yesterday.
