The Netherlands has transferred 86 tonnes of gold from the United States and Canada to the United Kingdom, citing geopolitical tensions. By the end of 2025, the Dutch gold reserves totaled 612.4 tonnes, carrying an estimated valuation of approximately €72.2 billion ($83.8 billion).
