The introduction of new UPI regulations, which was initially scheduled for October 15, has been deferred. According to reports, the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) charges will now be implemented only after the Diwali festival. This delay ensures that there will be no immediate changes to the current UPI transaction structure for users.
