The state minister for power and energy has indicated that the country's power situation is expected to see improvements within the next 15 days.
To address the current supply challenges, the government is implementing several measures. These include restoring the Payra and Matarbari power plants to their full operational capacity. Additionally, efforts are underway to increase power generation from furnace oil-based plants to reach a target of 4,000MW.
